Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the QA strategy for financial services products, ensuring security, compliance, and high performance for payment systems and digital wallets.
  • •Serve as QA lead by managing resources across manual and automated testing streams in a fintech environment.
  • •Own end-to-end testing strategy including test planning, execution, defect management, and release sign-off for critical applications.
  • •Handle production issues via log analysis and root-cause investigation, collaborating with engineering and product for rapid resolution.
  • •Drive test automation strategy and maintain automation frameworks using Robot Framework with Java and Rest Assured for API/backend testing.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years leading QA in fintech or financial services.

  • •Hands-on testing experience with Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG.
