Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of collections experience handling complex, high-balance, high-risk accounts in fintech, merchant cash advance (MCA), commercial lending, or B2B financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C1/C2) with de-escalation, conflict-resolution, and negotiation capabilities.
  • •Proficiency with CRM systems, collections software, ACH banking processes, and Microsoft Excel.
