Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence website experience and online strategy using data insights to drive revenue growth.
  • •Support creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs aligned to business objectives and KPIs.
  • •Learn and apply Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technology to build audience segments and deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
  • •Analyze key performance indicators to improve program performance across digital channels.
  • •Experiment with innovative approaches, collaborate with global stakeholders, and execute strategic marketing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Computer Science with a focus in marketing, or related degree.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Preferred: experience or basic proficiency developing marketing strategies targeted at driving KPIs.
  • •Preferred: experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs).
  • •Preferred: internship experience in a similar field.
