Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships and present/demonstrate Esri software and solutions with the account team, leading technical meetings that drive revenue.
  • •Serve as a technical leader and AEC/Utilities subject-matter expert, developing complex solutions for strategic customers.
  • •Proactively craft and propose GIS solutions that clarify business value by aligning ArcGIS technology to customer needs.
  • •Understand organizations’ business structures, workflows, third-party systems, and integration points, including configuration guidance and best practices.
  • •Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, and represent the company at large conferences and executive engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience using Esri technology to create maps, perform spatial analysis, and configure web applications.
  • •3+ years of experience in AEC or Utilities across the Europe region.
  • •Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context, including areas such as web services, storage/security, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
  • •Experience providing technical consulting and conceptual solution design, including sales and business development process understanding.
  • •Troubleshooting experience for client issues involving Esri application deployment and system architecture, including geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
