Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and integration of signal processing features for Sonova hearing systems
  • •Own and evolve controller software components, integration frameworks, tools, and pipelines used across R&D
  • •Provide technical leadership and decision-making authority for signal processing realization
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Deep Learning, Firmware Infrastructure, Embedded Software, Hardware, Audiology, and Platform teams
  • •Define verification and validation approaches to ensure readiness for product integration and system validation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical discipline
  • •Proven leadership experience in software development and people leadership within complex R&D environments
  • •Extensive experience shaping and delivering software features across multiple platforms, product generations, and releases
  • •Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), system integration, fitting software systems, and regulated product development
  • •Fluent in English; German is a plus
