Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and integration of signal processing features for Sonova hearing systems
•Own and evolve controller software components, integration frameworks, tools, and pipelines used across R&D
•Provide technical leadership and decision-making authority for signal processing realization
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Deep Learning, Firmware Infrastructure, Embedded Software, Hardware, Audiology, and Platform teams
•Define verification and validation approaches to ensure readiness for product integration and system validation

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical discipline
•Proven leadership experience in software development and people leadership within complex R&D environments
•Extensive experience shaping and delivering software features across multiple platforms, product generations, and releases
•Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), system integration, fitting software systems, and regulated product development
•Fluent in English; German is a plus
