Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements, developing strategies and programs for regional/global clients using data science tools including Test & Learn®.
•Own relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assess client agenda and change readiness, and drive client success through Test & Learn adoption.
•Provide analytical and technical SME input and lead day-to-day project delivery, delivering insights and sound recommendations.
•Lead a team to generate creative insights and compelling client presentations, while growing team members’ skills and capabilities.
•Collaborate with Mastercard stakeholders (Product, Business Development) to scope projects, craft solutions, and build the firm’s intellectual capital.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics or data science
•Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects
•Experience managing key client relationships
•Knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership
•Able to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals
