Manager, Product Development Footwear (Shanghai, SH, CN)

Lead footwear product development to support business units, managing the transition of designs from prototyping into production. Coordinate key inputs across Marketing, Design, suppliers, and LO/OC to deliver cost-targeted projects and workables prototypes that meet adidas quality standards. Prototype and implement new footwear designs, test materials and development samples, and own the end-to-end development process with timely delivery and strong cross-functional relationships.
