Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers in managing assigned client portfolios and maintaining regular client communication.
  • •Assist with onboarding new clients, account opening documentation, and coordinating client meetings and portfolio/investment discussions.
  • •Execute and coordinate investment and wealth management activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and related documentation.
  • •Liaise with Operations, Custody, Treasury, Compliance, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction execution and service delivery.
  • •Ensure compliance with KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS requirements, conduct client file reviews, escalate concerns, and maintain accurate client records and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
  • •Have professional certifications such as CISI, CFA Level I, CWM (or equivalent) (desirable).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management/private banking/priority banking or relationship management support.
  • •Understand investment products including mutual funds, structured products, fixed income, insurance, and treasury solutions.
  • •Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements (KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS).
