Teller Supervisor (Full Time) - Longview

Supervise teller operations and coordinate Teller line coverage to ensure efficient, accurate, and professional service. Oversee customer service including resolving requests and questions, presenting and explaining bank services and products, handling phone/mail inquiries, and maintaining account changes and privacy. Lead and train teller team members, monitor compliance and sales culture, address teller out-of-balance issues, and ensure accurate reporting, security procedures, and smooth branch operations.
