Commercial Banking Officer

Develop new business and manage an existing commercial loan portfolio by evaluating client needs, offering suitable loan products, and cross-selling additional services. Underwrite, structure, and prepare loan documentation and memos for approval, ensuring accuracy and timely closing and funding. Maintain strong client relationships through outreach, warm/cold prospect calls, and community/networking activities, while advising clients on account status and compliance requirements.
