Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, test, and maintain backend features in a Rails application.
  • •Work alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Information Security and Compliance teams.
  • •Collaborate with experienced engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions.
  • •Take ownership of features from initial discussion through implementation and release.
  • •Help grow and expand backend offerings, including initiatives supporting Pocket Concierge.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience developing modern web applications using an MVC web framework, with Ruby/Rails experience preferred.

  • •Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English within the engineering team.
