•Knowledge of small business and commercial card customer needs, including payables/receivables practices and challenges.
•Experience across customer lifecycle and banking functional areas (e.g., acquisition, cross-sell, underwriting, implementations, onboarding, account management, retention).
•Relevant commercial card experience at a US financial institution or consulting firm.
•Ability to measure business performance using financial indicators with a focus on ROI, and proficient working with AI.
