Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of small business and commercial card customer needs, including payables/receivables practices and challenges.
  • •Experience across customer lifecycle and banking functional areas (e.g., acquisition, cross-sell, underwriting, implementations, onboarding, account management, retention).
  • •Relevant commercial card experience at a US financial institution or consulting firm.
