Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers by providing exemplary service and resolving issues while retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend deposit and other banking products, and execute a disciplined sales process through follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals. Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships, while adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
