Job Summary

Own SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customer engagements as the primary contact and escalation point. Lead customer-facing delivery and transformation activities, ensuring S/4HANA adoption, contract adherence, and timely handling of change requests. Coordinate with internal SAP stakeholders, product support, partners, and system integrators to drive proactive service delivery, status governance meetings, reporting, invoicing, and commercial outcomes while de-escalating critical customer situations.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively drive customer cloud transformation to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization
•Lead customer engagement and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders (SAP services, product support, ECS partners, and hosting partners)
•Perform administrative tasks required to manage the engagement (staffing, reporting, and controlling)
•Manage proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests
•Host regular status and governance meetings and drive transformation/onboarding toward SAP Cloud Solutions

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
•Experience managing service plans and reactive support requests
•Experience hosting status and governance meetings with customers and SAP stakeholders
•Ability to manage engagement administration (staffing, reporting, and controlling)
