Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse and document enterprise conceptual data models, business information structures, and relationships between key information objects.
  • •Define, document, and maintain information objects and enterprise inventories to support completeness, consistency, and traceability.
  • •Maintain the enterprise data glossary to establish clear, consistent business terminology across projects and domains.
  • •Gather and analyse business and data requirements, identifying data dependencies, ownership, quality considerations, and impacts across processes and systems.
  • •Apply DCAM principles to support maturity assessments and translate governance objectives into practical requirements, controls, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • •Experience defining and documenting conceptual business data models or enterprise data structures, including data normalisation and modelling.
  • •Good knowledge of enterprise data governance and data management principles, including DCAM component areas and maturity models.
  • •Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills across business, architecture, governance, and technology teams.
  • •Clear documentation and communication skills, with an analytical approach to translating data management concepts into practical requirements.
