Job Summary

Seasoned Global Benefits Manager to own end-to-end benefits programs globally—strategy, vendor relationships, and day-to-day execution. This is an individual-contributor role focused on ownership in a lean, fast-moving environment, coordinating open enrollment, plan design across geographies, and cross-functional compliance with Finance, Legal, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full benefits lifecycle from strategy to day-to-day administration and employee escalations.
•Lead open enrollment end-to-end with project plans, communications, and system configuration.
•Design and optimize a comprehensive benefits portfolio across geographies including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and voluntary plans.
•Manage self-funded and fully-insured health plans, including stop-loss, claims data analysis, and vendor coordination.
•Build cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive benefits experience, with direct ownership of a benefits function.
•Demonstrated experience leading open enrollment independently, including systems configuration, employee communications, and issue resolution.
•Deep expertise across benefit plan types: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), commuter, EAP, and supplemental/voluntary plans.
•Hands-on experience with both self-funded and fully-insured health plans—understanding stop-loss, claims funding, and TPAs.
•Proven track record managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
