Key Responsibilities

•Co-create the strategy for Fashion & Beauty categories within Mercado Libre and its role in the Marketplace, focusing on Midtail, longtail, and CBT.
•Lead growth and development strategies for unassisted sellers and CBT, identifying scalable opportunities with Seller Development and CBT teams.
•Lead the planning and execution of commercial campaigns across the year in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Site search teams.
•Implement commercial automation and AI-powered solutions using Big Data analytics to enhance results.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category performance, product assortment, and consumer understanding.

Key Requirements

•Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering;
•6+ years of experience in similar commercial/strategic roles;
•Experience implementing AI-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard) and data analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google BigQuery);
•Ability to define growth strategy for sellers and CBT (Cross Border Trading) and to lead commercial campaigns;
•Strong collaboration with Seller Development, Marketing, and Analytics teams
