Key Responsibilities

•Increase environmental sales, expand strategic relationships, and develop new clients in the NorCal market, focusing on major infrastructure and environmental programs.
•Develop and drive a comprehensive business development strategy for environmental growth, strengthen account plans, deepen client engagement, and capture additional work through existing contracts and long-term programs.
•Expand the opportunity pipeline and lead capture efforts by shaping win themes, coordinating pursuit teams, guiding proposal strategy, and ensuring competitive submissions.
•Serve as a technical or project lead on high-visibility projects, providing oversight, quality assurance, and subject-matter expertise to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
•Mentor and develop emerging talent within the Earth & Environment team and collaborate with regional leadership to align market strategy and cross-practice opportunities.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of technical and business development experience in environmental services with established relationships with Northern California area market clients and a demonstrated ability to win, grow, and manage major accounts.
•Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related technical discipline.
•PE and/or PMP certification is preferred.
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and lead multidisciplinary teams.
•Experience leading teams of highly skilled professionals and navigating a large enterprise to build internal partnerships and drive integrated solutions.
