Manage the end-to-end operation of a dedicated e-scooter fleet in Fayetteville—charging, deploying, relocating, retrieving, and keeping vehicles in ride-ready condition. Partner with the local City Operations Manager using mobile technology to monitor vehicle status and meet fleet health KPIs. You’ll problem-solve day to day, repair and refurbish scooters, and work independently with flexible availability, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end fleet operations including charging, deploying, relocating, and retrieving vehicles.
•Use mobile technology to monitor, transport, rebalance, and maintain e-scooters.
•Repair and refurbish scooters to ensure they’re deployed and ride ready.
•Prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles through day-to-day problem solving.
•Work independently and manage your own schedule and workload to meet operational needs and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Registered Business LLC
•General liability insurance (or able to acquire within 30 days of onboarding)
•General commercial auto insurance (or able to acquire within 30 days of onboarding)
•Valid Drivers License
•Access to a reliable vehicle and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible daily hours including weekends.
