Key Responsibilities

•Ensure reliable operation of ultra-large-scale security infrastructure and meet strict SLAs.
•Design and develop automation platforms for security core systems to enhance observability for rapid fault detection.
•Optimize service reliability, scalability, and performance through systematic improvements.
•Build automated solutions that support rapid iteration of large-scale production clusters.
•Participate in OnCall rotation and collaborate with R&D teams to resolve incidents.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or postgraduate currently pursuing a BS/MS (or similar) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM discipline.
•Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
•Experience writing automated tests, performing code reviews, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
•Experience building and optimizing high-throughput, high-availability systems with performance tuning and scalability trade-offs (preferred).
•Practical knowledge of backend security principles, including authentication, authorization, least-privilege access, and secure service-to-service (preferred).
