Shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences across BJAK’s financial products, from concept through production. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI, spanning insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Build scalable design systems and reusable UI components, collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation, and continuously improve usability, accessibility, and mobile/web consistency using user feedback and product data.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
•Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
•Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and improve usability through iteration.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience designing digital products.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
•Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
•Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
