Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers to convey brand story and create WOW experiences, actively engaging and guiding shoppers.
  • •Provide product knowledge and usage guidance to address different sport needs with professional solutions.
  • •Adjust product displays per standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal changes.
  • •Perform inventory-related tasks (receiving/returns/inventory) and cashier duties (checkout, cash reconciliation, returns) and basic store opening/closing duties.
  • •Collaborate with store leadership to deliver daily plans and participate in brand events to enhance in-store experience and team handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiar with brand philosophy and brand spirit, able to convey the brand story and actively engage with customers to create passionate, diverse brand experiences.
  • •Familiar with product knowledge and usage scenarios, proactively listen to customers' sport needs and provide professional solutions for different activities.
  • •Follow display standards to adjust product displays, including daily replenishment and seasonal adjustments.
  • •Manage goods according to operating standards (receiving/returns/inventory/shrinkage) and cash register operations (checkout, cash reconciliation, returns) including opening/closing and daily reviews.
  • •Ability to collaborate with the store manager or floater to complete daily work plans and hand over tasks; actively share brand community activities and after-sales policies to build long-term customer relationships.
