Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Business Applications based on end-user requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.
  • •Analyse system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.
  • •Diagnose performance issues related to business applications and coordinate with internal and external vendors in their resolution.
  • •Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services to ensure systems operate correctly in current and future environments.
  • •Prepare user training documents for business applications and associated processes with business departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Information System or Computer Science related majors (welcomed).
  • •Microsoft VBA or VB Script programming experience.
  • •Knowledge of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions.
  • •Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • •Good communication skills and willingness to learn new things.
