Key Responsibilities

•Lead the industrialization phase and lifecycle management for new products, coordinating with the industrial architect to define the target Supply-Chain and industrial envelopes.
•Specify appropriate production and testing processes and ensure the production/test process complies with regulations.
•Oversee the evaluation of maturity when introducing new equipment into production and manage related risk.
•Collaborate with development teams to instantiate industrial constraints (cost targets, repeatability, and reproducibility of manufacturing processes).
•Manage the introduction of new products into production and deploy the supply chain logistics, guiding a transverse team to prepare all industrial deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Engineer by training with experience as an industrial project manager and in development cycles of electronic subassemblies
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams (industrial schematics, development leads, clients)
•Strong project management practices including financial tracking and budgeting
•Ability to specify production and test processes and ensure regulatory compliance of production/test processes
•Experience in leading production readiness and deployment of supply-chain logistics with a cross-functional team
