Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement complex business logic in Golang while ensuring high performance and system reliability.
  • •Design database structures in SQL, optimize query performance, and build asynchronous service interactions using Kafka.
  • •Own backend services lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and maintaining services in production.
  • •Write clean, structured code, conduct code reviews, and follow architectural guidelines (ADR) and engineering best practices.
  • •Set up monitoring and alerting, participate in post-mortems to identify incident root causes, and automate routine tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments and solving complex problems.
  • •3+ years of commercial experience with Golang, applying advanced Go language features.
  • •Strong SQL knowledge, including schema design and query optimization for high-load systems.
  • •Experience with Redis and using its data structures efficiently in high-load systems.
  • •Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, working with Kubernetes (or analogs) and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
