Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop accredited training programmes in hydraulic hose systems, pressure testing, and fluid power integrity.
  • •Align training content with BFPA standards and international pressure system codes.
  • •Develop procedures, work instructions, and competency assessment frameworks for hose and pressure system operations.
  • •Support commissioning of hose assembly workshops, including crimping/swaging systems and pressure test benches.
  • •Lead accreditation processes, audits, and compliance submissions with BFPA and other governing bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years hands-on experience in hydraulics, fluid power, or pressure systems in oil & gas, petrochemical, subsea, or heavy industrial environments
  • •5+ years designing and delivering BFPA-accredited hydraulic hose and fluid power training programmes
  • •experience commissioning hose assembly workshops including crimping/swaging machines and pressure test benches
  • •strong field experience in hose inspection, integrity management, and maintenance
  • •practical experience operating and troubleshooting nitrogen pumping systems in live environments
