Job Summary

Support a premier program delivering next-generation satellite ground system capabilities. You’ll develop and maintain requirements, feature documents, and user manuals; perform functional decomposition; define and manage system interfaces; and conduct performance analyses, risk assessments, and trade studies. Collaborate with systems and software engineering teams, participate in technical reviews and SEIT program reviews, and contribute to Agile ceremonies and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) task status.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain requirements, feature description documents, and user manuals.
•Perform functional decomposition to meet system and domain-level requirements.
•Participate in system engineering artifact development and technical reviews.
•Conduct performance analyses, risk assessments, and trade studies; define and manage internal and external system interfaces.
•Maintain engineering documentation and provide requirements clarification to software development and test teams, including Agile ceremonies and SEIT program review support.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, functional analysis, interface definition, and verification and validation.
•Experience supporting systems engineering activities on government contracts.
•Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS (or similar) and working in an Agile environment with cross-team collaboration.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance after your start date.
