Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply FPI, MPI, and/or UT, interpret results for acceptance or rejection, and document findings according to procedures.
  • •Operate within the scope and limitations of the certified inspection methods as directed.
  • •Navigate engine manuals and interpret them for engineering work scopes.
  • •Conduct system performance checks in line with applicable process standards.
  • •Set up, standardize, and operate NDT tooling and equipment, including routine calibration and servicing of test media and equipment.

  • •Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 400 hours performing FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) in aerospace.
  • •At least 2 years of experience dealing with aircraft structures, engines, and/or components, or acceptable alternative training/experience.
  • •Current NAS410, EN4179, PCN, ASNT, or SNT-TC-1A certification.
  • •Preferred: prior NDT experience in the aviation sector and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
