Senior coating operator

Operate and control the coil coating line to reliably hit production targets while maintaining product quality, safety, and process compliance. Monitor key line parameters, manage paint preparation and viscosity, coordinate with QC for online inspections, troubleshoot coating defects, and support shift handovers and line changeovers. Maintain accurate production records, ensure SOP and housekeeping adherence, minimize wastage, and guide junior operators during operations.
