Key Responsibilities

  • •Process supplier invoices by verifying data, checking compliance, and recording them through established channels (PO-based, direct entry, or bulk upload).
  • •Collaborate with HQ to monitor and resolve disputed invoices with clear communication and timely resolution.
  • •Audit purchasing card transactions by reviewing supporting evidence and justifications on the Pcard platform.
  • •Audit travel and expense reports for compliance with the Travel Policy and assist with reimbursement processes.
  • •Contribute to month-end/year-end closing by preparing accruals and supporting reconciliations for the payables function.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification
  • •Strong understanding of core end-to-end accounts payable processes
  • •Experience in a complex, multi-entity international environment (shared services context)

  • •Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs) and knowledge of Procure-To-Pay tools (e.g., Ivalua, Pivot, ZIP); Workday/Concur familiarity is a plus
