Key Responsibilities

  • •Process allocated corporate events within required timeframes, deadlines, and operational manuals.
  • •Report deviations immediately to the Manager and ensure end-of-day checklist/control function adherence.
  • •Escalate matters that may present potential financial loss or client service concerns as per the escalation matrix.
  • •Maintain satisfactory audit/regulatory/risk ratings consistent with group and company policies, including involvement in scheduled reviews.
  • •Support procedure reviews to improve efficiency and identify best practices, and cover the departmental Manager in their absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline (higher qualification not a bar).
  • •At least 12 months of securities experience and broad understanding of corporate action processes and market specifications.
  • •Fluent English with strong business writing/reporting skills and good conversational/telephone skills.
  • •Ability to read, write, understand Mandarin and Cantonese fluently is mandatory.
  • •Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills to interpret numeric data, and ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.
