Network Acquisition Manager, APAC

Own the full lifecycle procurement of high-capacity network transport services to expand and optimize Cloudflare’s APAC network connectivity. Source and manage dark fiber, terrestrial managed wavelength services, and subsea IPLC/cable capacity, driving international backbone growth through negotiations and capacity-at-scale planning. Use an AI-first operating model to automate LOA/contracts/ticketing, maintain clean inventory, and surface cost and performance insights while coordinating with internal network and planning teams.
