Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate packaging processes (horizontal flow wrappers, carton packing, labeling, overwrapping/gluing) and pack/palletize finished cases per specification.
  • •Know product codes and descriptions, including case pack configurations.
  • •Maintain work area cleanliness and tidy conditions during production.
  • •Act as a key trainer for on-the-job training to new team members and promote safety interest.
  • •Support supervisors and leads on safety awareness, including informing them of unsafe practices observed.
