FP&A Analyst

Own month-end financial closing and analyze P&L movements, presenting insights and recommendations to support focused spending areas including advertising & promotion and CAPEX. Partner with internal teams across the finance and business planning cycles—from demand review to forecasting and variance monitoring. Contribute to finance transformation and process reviews to improve efficiency and compliance, including evaluating IT needs, and perform ad hoc analyses, presentations, and projects as required.
