•Guide the team through all steps of the UX process to holistically improve the game experience.
•Design accessible, usable, and enjoyable UX for a broad, casual audience, including game communication, structure, and content strategy.
•Apply scientific methods and Design Thinking to UX research, testing, and feature development to enable data-driven decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX researchers, UI artists, designers, artists, leads, stakeholders) to enhance processes and game quality.
•Advocate for players through direct community engagement and share insights to inform design.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing UX for both web and app platforms, from concept through implementation.
•Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design, including running accessibility tests and leading workshops.
•Strong foundation in scientific UX research methods such as hypothesis testing, experimental design, and data analysis.
•Ability to design game architecture, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
•Experience leveraging artificial intelligence in design practice and using user research tools (e.g., PlaytestCloud).
