Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage security strategies and programs across the Master Developer portfolio in coordination with district and place planning teams.
  • •Lead security master-planning coordination across districts and the city masterplan, balancing use adjacencies and security requirements.
  • •Apply and evolve CPTED principles within the masterplan; support innovative security measures using strategically placed landscape and hardscape elements aligned to operational objectives.
  • •Provide advisory and oversight to development consultants covering security master planning, security risk assessments, policies/planning, benchmarking, and workshops.
  • •Enhance executive reporting through dashboards, trackers, and performance frameworks; support stakeholder packs and help shape policies, standards, and risk frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in built-environment security and high-profile development projects in KSA.
  • •Proficiency in Aconex, BIM360, SharePoint, and reporting/dashboarding tools.
  • •Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and track dependencies across large-scale projects.
  • •Experience advising government and multinational stakeholders.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication; bachelor’s degree preferred.
