Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations to deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory (SQDCPI) performance. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Manage and develop high-performing operations teams, optimize people and resource utilization, and partner cross-functionally on NPI and capacity expansion. Establish KPI reporting using data analytics, champion ESH compliance, and deliver cost reduction and productivity improvements while supporting business growth.
