Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, update, review, and maintain documents and training records/folders for approval by the squadron Chief Training Officer (CTO).
  • •Set up student gradebooks in MS, perform regular gradebook checks for syllabus compliance, and prepare gradebooks for closeout.
  • •Prepare AETC Form 904, Training Summary, for approval.
  • •Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) or Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) personnel to update ARMS and ensure tasks in ARMS are reflected in TIMS/GTIMS/TMS when needed.
  • •Coordinate with Scheduling and the Wing or Group Deployment Manager to meet ground/ancillary and pre-deployment training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate computer based training and integrated management systems (TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX).
  • •Ability to operate SharePoint websites and communities of practice; Microsoft Access is highly desired.
