Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare management information reports and analysis for in-force management.
  • •Provide life supports on in-force products in collaboration with Operations and Products.
  • •Support development of new individual life products, including test plans, UAT, and test report/documentation contributions.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Products, Finance, and other stakeholders to support insurance system enhancements and in-force production fixes.
  • •Assist with reinsurance projects and ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate or above, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • •Preferred experience in the life insurance industry in Hong Kong.
  • •Strong self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal direction.
  • •Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, with strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel (SQL and database management a plus).
