Key Responsibilities

  • •Support achievement of net sales, profit, supply chain cost, and KPI goals for assigned categories and plants.
  • •Partner across internal teams and external suppliers, co-manufacturers, and vendors to coordinate execution.
  • •Manage new product and graphic-only commercialization projects, including material readiness, scale-up support, launch, and post-launch tracking.
  • •Lead project management for cost improvement efforts and support annual cost targets for assigned product groups.
  • •Drive simplification and performance improvement initiatives (e.g., active SKU management, packaging standardization, component/spec consolidation) and maintain project trackers and KPI monitoring.

Key Requirements
