Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years of engineering experience (including internships).
  • •Experience with 3D CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX, plus fundamentals of mechanical assembly, GD&T, and tolerance evaluation.
  • •Basic understanding of DFMEA/PFMEA and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, or SMT assembly) is preferred.
