Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests promptly and professionally, stay attentive to guest needs and requests
  • •Prepare beverages quickly and accurately according to recipes and guidelines
  • •Maintain bar cleanliness and follow Health Code and Alcohol Regulations throughout the shift
  • •Set up the bar, maintain stock/par levels, assist with supply orders, and complete inventories
  • •Use POS to process cash and credit payments, count down drawers, and communicate guest concerns to management
