Sales Associate, Part-Time - Williamsburg

Drive in-store sales by meeting and exceeding individual goals while engaging customers to build long-term loyalty. Serve as a brand ambassador who educates shoppers on Reformation’s sustainability mission, delivering elevated client experiences tracked through NPS. Support store operations including inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and maintaining brand-standard selling floors. Work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed) within a part-time schedule.
