Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain holistic staffing and capacity planning across task orders (roles, skills, locations, clearances, utilization).
  • •Partner with Agile leadership to ensure scrum teams are staffed to deliver committed work with sustainable pace.
  • •Build and maintain a consolidated annual training plan for all contract personnel, tracking completion and compliance.
  • •Own master scheduling for MVI events across task orders and coordinate with leads to align release calendars and testing windows.
  • •Forecast surge support needs, recommend resource reallocation, maintain staffing rosters/mapping, and deliver PMO reporting (fill rates, utilization trends, training status).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology/information management or eight years of comparable experience.
  • •Current TS/SCI with Polygraph, and ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • •5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • •5+ years of experience leading teams with ability to plan, organize, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • •Experience deploying enterprise reporting tools/visualizations and coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning.
