•Talent Management: Actively participate in talent development and retention strategies and succession planning.
•Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent and ensure leadership excellence.
•Employee Relations: Serve as primary contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
•Budget Management: Manage team budget and drive organizational redesign and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 151,000 annually

•Experience in change strategy and transformation.
