Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of system test engineers supporting Instinct accelerator product development.
  • •Define and execute system-level test strategies across pre-silicon planning, post-silicon bring-up, customer samples, and high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Drive alignment on test coverage, validation readiness, and quality metrics across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, and Customer Engineering teams to ensure quality and schedule outcomes.
  • •Identify technical, schedule, and quality risks; drive mitigation plans and communicate program/execution status and recommendations to senior leadership.

Salary: USD 129,640 - 222,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading system test or validation teams in semiconductor product development.
  • •Strong background supporting GPU, accelerator, or complex SoC-based products.
  • •Experience with pre-silicon planning, post-silicon validation, customer sampling, and manufacturing readiness.
  • •Proven people management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and performance development.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).
