MEP Project Manager - Owner's Representative (Data Centres)

Lead the full MEP scope for large-scale data centre projects, acting as the primary MEP point of contact for the Owner’s Representative. Oversee planning through commissioning and handover across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, coordinating with CSA, commissioning, and project controls teams. Manage MEP subcontractors and vendors, maintain detailed project programmes, track milestones, and support budget and variation control while ensuring compliance with design specs and health, safety, and environmental standards.
