Own the reliability and scalability of the platform that powers access for customers and AI agents. Build observability with monitoring, alerting, and tooling to respond quickly to incidents, and automate away toil using infrastructure-as-code. Partner with product teams to bake reliability into new features, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, and ship infrastructure projects iteratively across core cloud and FedRAMP environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability across core cloud and FedRAMP environments.
•Create monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling to help teams understand system behavior and respond to incidents quickly.
•Collaborate with product teams to ensure new features are built with reliability in mind from the start.
•Automate infrastructure and eliminate toil using infrastructure as code.
•Lead incident response, conduct blameless postmortems, and drive systemic improvements; plan and ship infrastructure projects iteratively.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

•Track record building and operating production systems at scale for real customers.
•Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).

•Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production.
•Deep understanding of observability, including instrumentation, dashboards, and actionable alerts.
