Head of Operations

Head of Operations at a remote, fast-growing professional services firm responsible for owning the operating engine across sales, onboarding, delivery and retention. You’ll drive MRR growth, protect client retention, build scalable processes, and manage a distributed global team. This role combines revenue and delivery leadership, shaping packaging, pricing, and KPI-driven performance while reporting to the Owner to ensure repeatable, high-impact results.
