Job Summary

Own consumer product development for Visa in Armenia within the CISSEE Solutions team. Drive the market-wide consumer value proposition (CVP) from strategy and budgeting through issue resolution, promotion, sales support, and post-sale utilization. Lead customization and solutioning with banks, perform market and competitor analysis, track OKRs and project timelines, and deliver stakeholder presentations (QBRs, RFPs). Operate in a matrix environment supporting VAS and CIF growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive consumer product development and consumer value proposition (CVP) initiatives for Armenia, including budgeting, launch initiatives, and end-to-end support.
•Provide subject matter expertise across the CVP sales process and support post-sale activities such as contracts, reporting, billing, and solution/benefit utilization.
•Engage with banks to gather needs and develop tailored product content through the full lifecycle from concept/design to implementation and post-launch support.
•Conduct ongoing market/banks and competitor analysis to keep products differentiated and aligned with trends and customer expectations.
•Track project timelines and performance metrics (OKRs) and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners (QBRs, RFPs), including post-launch issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in product management, loyalty/rewards, analytics, card products, and payments.
•Proven experience in product management, including product development and launch and/or managing loyalty/reward programs and consumer propositions in payments/retail banking.
•Strong product management knowledge of the product lifecycle and development/implementation frameworks.
•Strong project management skills with experience in Agile development.
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven aptitude, including systems thinking and understanding API-driven solutions and web services technology.
